Charlotte County Public Safety 18th Annual Santa Firehouse Pancake Breakfast
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Dec. 7, 2017) – Charlotte County Fire & EMS is proud to announce the 18th Annual 2017 Santa Firehouse Pancake Breakfast Events. Public Safety Director Chief Bill Van Helden and his Public Safety staff look forward to these two events every year! Both Santa Firehouse Pancake Breakfast Events are opportunities for the staff to welcome the Community into Charlotte County firehouses for a free pancake breakfast, firehouse and apparatus tours, safety education, a great social time filled with fun and excitement.
Charlotte County Public Safety is very fortunate to have Englewood Community Hospital and Fawcett Memorial Hospital sponsor the two Santa Firehouse Pancake Breakfast Events. Breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m. with Santa arriving on the fire engine. The bright eyes and smiles on the faces of the children are a site you will not want to miss. Chief Bill Van Helden and his staff fire up the grills to prepare pancakes, sausage with all the fixings for a delicious breakfast! Santa and his elves are guaranteed to stay at the events until every child has the opportunity to talk with Santa.
The first event is on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 at CC Fire & EMS Station #4, located at 13600 Marathon Blvd., Gulf Cove, FL 33981. The Firehouse doors open at 9:00 a.m. and the event ends at 11 a.m. on both days.
The second breakfast is on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at CC Fire & EMS Station #12, located at 2001 Luther Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33983, and Firehouse doors open at 9:00 a.m. (Fire & EMS Station Locations: https://www.charlottecountyfl.gov/services/fire-ems/Pages/Station_Listing.aspx)
There is no cost to attend the Santa Breakfast events. Residents of all ages, as well as media representatives are welcome to attend. Reservations are needed for both of these events.
