Second Phase of ADA Improvements at Parks and Libraries Begins June 9
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (May 28, 2014) – Charlotte County Community Services announces that construction will be starting on June 9 and continue through August 2 for ADA accessibility improvements at several county park locations. Improvements will be made at Ann Dever Memorial/Oyster Creek Regional Park, Harold Avenue Park, Port Charlotte Public Library, G.C. Herring Park and Tringali Recreation Center.   
These parks and libraries will remain open during this period. There will be ongoing construction activity near concession stands, walkways, parking lots and ramps for accessibility improvements. Activities in these areas will not be closed but will be limited to alternate routes and entrances surrounding these areas.
