Notice of Temporary Single Lane Closure on Broadpoint Drive

Port Charlotte, Fla. (March 14, 2017) - Temporary single lane closures on Broadpoint Drive between Del Prado Parkway and Rushmore Avenue Wednesday, March 15 through Friday, March 17 in Harbour Heights. Work in this area is to complete the road repair from the force main work as part of the Harbour Heights sidewalk and force main project. Advance warning signs and flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. Travelers may experience intermittent, slow moving traffic and/or temporary delays within the project limits and should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.

The Harbour Heights project is currently under construction by Andrew Sitework, and is expected to be complete by April 2017.

The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
