CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 8, 2022) – The Federal Emergency Management Agency has opened a disaster recovery center at the Home Depot, 12621 S. McCall Road in Englewood. The center is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m., seven days a week.
Disaster recovery centers provide disaster survivors with information from Florida agencies, FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Survivors can get help applying for federal assistance and disaster loans, update applications and learn about other resources available.
Individuals affected by Hurricane Ian in Florida can also apply for assistance.
