COVID-19 Financial Assistance
Charlotte County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) is accepting applications for financial assistance for households with lost wages or other financial crisis related to COVID-19. COAD funding is made possible by donations from County residents to the Charlotte Community Foundation. Non COVID-19 Financial Assistance
Charlotte County Human Services is accepting Utility Bill Applications for eligible households. Most programs require participants to be at or below a specific level of household income according to the Federal Income Guidelines and provide certain documentation. Assistance is based on household size and maximum income qualifications based on availability of funds.
Households may also be eligible for help with mortgage, rent and child care expenses.
