Intake and Assessment: Conducts intake for all of Human Services, including telephone inquiries on 2-1-1. Assesses individual and household needs for financial and other assistance in times of crisis. Determines eligibility for assistance with electric, water, rent, etc. Provides information and referral for community resources.
Case Management: Provides interventions with eligible individuals and households to promote self-sufficiency and resiliency. Offers services such as: homelessness prevention; juvenile diversion; educational and employment supports; and programs to enhance family stability.
