The Recreation Division of Charlotte County Community Services is bringing recreational activities to community parks with the new REC2U Mobile Programming unit.  Recreation staff will visit parks throughout the county on selected Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. this summer. Staff will provide a variety of games and activities for children of all ages.

Some of the many activities offered through REC2U include:

REC2U Senior Mobile Programming

REC2U 50+

The Recreation Division of Charlotte County Community Services will be offering mobile recreation programming for the 50+ community, beginning October through March. Once each month, we will be traveling to a different location in Charlotte County, offering three hours of active programs and leisure activities.  These locations will include assisted & independent living facilities, adult daycares, and 55+ communities. We will be offering a large amount of program options to each facility, such as bowling, chair bingo, card & puzzle games, and many more!
