Charlotte County is accepting applications for various independent contractors including push cart food vendors, recreation equipment rentals, and merchandise sales at county facilities. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis and will be date stamped as they come in.

Selected contractors will be required to provide proof of business liability insurance. Liability limits vary with the type of concession.
A criminal background check will be required for all selected contractors.
Completed applications and copies of appropriate licenses may be mailed, emailed or faxed to the Community Services Administrative Office.

An interview is required and can be scheduled to coincide with submitting the application.
Base compensation is set at $25 day, $75 week, or $190 per month per location. Contracts may be individually customized as mutually beneficial for contractors and Charlotte County.
Contract terms will be set using the existing Community Services independent contractor forms.
