Residents are entitled up to two no-charge bulk curbside collections per year of unbundled yard trimmings, refuse, or bulky items (no construction debris from renovation or home improvement) from Residential units per Fiscal Year (Oct. 1 to Sept. 30). The maximum allowed per Fiscal Year is a combined total of 20 cubic yards.
The debris must originate from your improved property that is assessed an annual sanitation fee and placed in front of your property. Debris originating from adjacent property must be disposed of properly by either taking it to a licensed facility such as the Zemel Road Landfill or you must hire a licensed contractor to remove and dispose of the debris.
