Employee retention is a key component of measuring a positive workforce. The number of County positions was reduced by nearly 40% since 2006/07 due to budgetary constraints. The overall turnover rate had dropped dramatically until this past years. As the job market improves we are seeing increased turnover, particularly in areas that require technical expertise.|||
