The Aging and Adult Services Division helps older adults and their caregivers stay active, safe, and independent in their own homes. Our staff can connect you with goods, services, and in-home support programs to maintain independence and improve quality of life.
Services are available through grant-funded programs and are referral-based via the Elder Helpline: 866-413-5337. After a referral, staff may visit your home to discuss needs, review available options, and provide guidance.
Our team can also provide information and guidance for services beyond our department, including help with applications and connecting you to community resources.
