Charlotte County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of engaging a qualified Contractor to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Patient Accounts Receivable Services (PARS) for Charlotte County, Florida. Services include, but are not limited to, data entry, data processing, billing services, insurance claims filing, collection services, mailing of notices, internal reporting, account follow-up, customer service, external reporting, compliance, and training of EMS personnel in the use of systems, procedures, and documentation.Dates
