The Sandhill MSTU is established to provide a funding mechanism for essential facilities and municipal services, the location of which may be on-site or off-site. These services and facilities which are authorized by law and this article, are those which are contemplated in Resolution 86-230 which changed the planned development zoning for Sandhill Properties and changed the planned development concept plan approved by PD-80-4 in accord with the Sandhill Master Development Plan.
