This page is a Disaster Recovery Site of multiple projects related to Storm Damages.

Project Description

Buildings A and B sustained water intrusion and structural damage. Building A has roof leaks in administrator's restroom, the front lobby and the conference room. Commissioners' conference room has water damage through tiles and carpet, and adjacent hallways show ceiling tile damage. Building B has a bottom panel in the downstairs lobby kicked out, ripped smoking awning, and Conference Room 203 shows a stained ceiling tile from water seeping through top frames. Damaged louvers were also observed. Cooling towers contain debris and require servicing. Fire alarms are in trouble mode. Parking lot lighting was damaged, with three double fixtures broken, four bent, and 10 of 43 single fixtures damaged. Approximately 15 sq. ft. of wet carpet was noted in the north section of administrative offices. Mitigation included drying, selective demolition, and cleaning. Potential equipment damage is pending assessment.
