Project Description
Storm damage affected multiple park facilities, including small sport court shade structures, playgrounds, restrooms, and park buildings. Park building roofs sustained damage to aluminum sheeting, roofing felt, ridge caps, drip edges, plywood sheathing, exterior paint, and a wall pack light. Restrooms experienced roof, soffit, and fascia damage. Playground structures were damaged, including a UV-rated canopy shade, rubberized PIP surfacing, playground borders, and a climbing dome, with approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of PIP playground surfacing affected, requiring assessment and replacement.
