Project Description
The building sustained interior and exterior damage, including more than 85 ceiling tiles needing replacement, a vent fan blown off in the garage bay, and a roof hole temporarily covered with plastic. Four exterior down spouts are missing, and the irrigation system was damaged. Mitigation included industrial hygiene assessment, water damage evaluation, scope development, building material analysis, microbial risk assessment, restoration planning, asbestos sampling, and post-remediation verification. Roof shingling, debris removal from air ducts, and stabilization measures were completed. Potential contents damage may be identified as cleanup progresses.
