Disaster Recovery Site - Higgs Park

Project Description

The site sustained extensive damage to buildings, recreational structures, and amenities. The restroom and storage buildings were impacted, and the clubhouse suffered 2.5 feet of water intrusion, causing roof, soffit, fascia, exterior wall, window, interior ceiling, wall, floor, door, baseboard, furniture, and contents damage. Playground and shuffleboard shades were destroyed, including six large shuffleboard shades and two canopies with damaged support beams/poles. Two bleacher sections (5x15) were destroyed. Additional impacts include eight damaged signs, parking lot lighting with damaged poles, bulbs, and electrical components, and ten trash/recycling containers.
