Project Description
The building sustained roof damage and water intrusion on five floors (Ground through 4th), affecting approximately 7,500 sqft of carpet. Emergency protective measures included temporary roof repair, debris removal, water extraction, demolition of wet drywall and carpet, antimicrobial cleaning, and stabilization using desiccant dehumidification, air movers, and filtration devices. Fire alarm is in trouble mode and requires resetting.
