Project Description
The chiller maintenance building sustained water intrusion from small roof leaks, causing damage to ceiling tiles throughout the interior. The northeast corner of the building shows visible exterior roof damage, and water leakage is evident along the north interior wall where the ceiling meets the wall. A palm tree has fallen on the west side, exposing wiring, and additional trees are leaning on or near the property, some with base damage or leaning toward entrances, creating potential hazards. Minor water damage is also observed on a bathroom door and the drive-thru ceiling on the south end.
