GC Herring Phase I design and construction will include two (2) playgrounds including shade structures, one ages 2-5 and one ages 6-12, one large pavilion and two small pavilions, one tennis court, one basketball court, fitness hub with shade structure, multi-purpose field area and exercise trail.

Latest Updates
Construction of the shade structure and installation of the fitness hub equipment have been completed. Installation of the playground equipment and sunshades is approximately 95% complete. Site work remains ongoing, with sidewalks and the exercise trail currently being poured.
