Project Description
The MSBU Advisory board requested curbing, landscaping, and irrigation in the median of Gillot Boulevard.
Under direction of the county, landscape architects will develop 3 conceptual designs of increasing cost. The first design will include only landscaping. The second design will include landscaping and irrigation. The third design will include curbing, landscaping, and irrigation. Each design shall include the engineer's estimate of construction costs. The advisory board shall approve the final design selection upon presentation by the landscape architects at an anvisory board meeting.
Upon MSBU Advisory board approval, the landscape architects will complete the design work. Once the county has a completed set of construction plans, the county will solicite bids from the construction vendors and award a contract for construction.
