This project proposes construction of a wastewater collection system to service approximately 2,249 properties with sewer service, new water service lines and three vacuum stations.

Project Location
The project area includes Lakeview Boulevard area from Cochran Boulevard to the north, U.S. 41 to the east and south to the Kiwanis Park area.Latest Updates
The design engineer, Giffels-Webster Engineers, Inc. has submitted 60% plans for a vacuum sewer collection system, three vacuum stations and force mains, new water mains and the gravity sewer extension area. The 60% plans are currently under review.
Vacuum station addresses:
- 660 N. Ellicott Circle
- 155 Grenada St.
- 700 Chevy Chase St.
The completed Preliminary Engineering Report of Recommendations provides a comprehensive overview of the best type of sewer system, and the estimated costs are included in the Supported Materials section.
