Project Description
This project proposes construction of a wastewater collection system to service approximately 1,500 properties with sewer service, new water service lines and a vacuum station that will provide sewer collection for the wastewater system.

Project Location
The project area includes Lakeview Boulevard area from Cochran Blvd. to the north, U.S. 41 to the east and south to the Kiwanis Park area.Latest Updates
Septic tank location letters have been sent out to properties located within the project area. Please complete these forms and return in the self-addressed envelope provided.
Staff will be conducting roadway surveys in the proposed project area.
Our contractor will start mulching the three potential vacuum station locations below for future surveying and design work.

Giffels-Webster Engineers has been selected as the design engineer. The completed Preliminary Engineering Report of Recommendations provides a comprehensive overview of the best type of sewer system, and the estimated costs are included in the Supported Materials section.
