Project Description
This project is the coordinated efforts of Seminole Gulf Railway and Charlotte County Public Works for improvements across Peace River Shores Boulevard. Public Works' Maintenance & Operations Division will be replacing road crossing pipes prior to Seminole Gulf Railway replacing railroad tracking. Public Works' Engineering Division will have its paving contractor resurface the road once the railroad has completed their enhancement project.

Public Works’ Maintenance & Operations Division has completed the road crossing pipe replacements in preparation for the Seminole Gulf Railway enhancements, followed by paving. Motorists are advised to remain alert at all times and exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
