The existing pool at Port Charlotte Beach Park will be replaced with a community pool suitable for lap swimming, aerobic exercise, therapy, and other special events.

It is anticipated that the project will require a budget adjustment with the Construction Manager at Risk's final guaranteed maximum price proposal.
Latest Updates
The design team has produced construction documents that have been shared with the Building Officials to receive the final permits. The Construction Manager at Risk has prepared a draft guaranteed maximum price (GMP) quote, which is currently under review. A final GMP is expected to be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at their July 22nd meeting for review and approval.
