Design and construct a modern law enforcement administrative headquarters for Charlotte County Sheriff's Office on land owned by the County. Sufficient land has been reserved on site next to CCSO District 3 Headquarters and Impound/Evidence/Forensics Facility to create a law enforcement services campus.Project Location

Construction Update:
Exterior and interior painting continues. Ductwork is being installed in the Mechanical Room. Toilets are being installed in the restrooms. Large fans in the Emergency Management area have been installed. Permanent lighting fixtures began being installed in storage areas, while miscellaneous lighting and junction boxes continued throughout the building. Drywall repairs have been completed in both the IT and changing rooms. Wiring continued to be pulled for low voltage and fire alarm systems. The Fire Pump Enclosure was lifted and set into place. Final grading and preparation for the first lift of pavement were completed on the south side of the building.
