Sheriff Jail Admin Renovation (with Kitchen and Laundry)

Project Description

The main kitchen, laundry, and associated plumbing equipment has reached the end of it's useful life.
With the recent addition of the Jail Infirmary there is additional space that can now be repurposed. Project
renovates the jail's kitchen and laundry spaces while repurposing additional areas for Facilities and
jail operating inventory warehouse.

Latest Updates

The project remains in the planning and procurement phase as the County advances the selection process for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) to support project development and delivery. Statements of qualifications have been received and are currently under review as part of the consultant selection process. Once selected, the CM@R will work collaboratively with the County and design team to refine project requirements and develop solutions that address operational needs while making efficient use of the existing facility and controlling construction costs. Additional updates will be provided as the project moves into the next phase of development.
