Project Description
Implementation of the final phase of design for the existing Master Plan. This project includes the design and construction of paved, lighted parking to replace the current grass parking near the soccer fields and the installation of a large group pavilion at the soccer fields. This project is still in the design and permitting phase for the parking lot portion of the project.Project Location

The installation of the soccer group pavilion is complete.
The desgin of the paved parking lot is at 90% completion. Final review and acceptance of all documents is expected by October 31, 2025.
All construction documents have been recieved and the opinion of probable cost exceeds what is available in the budget. Currently in a holding phase until additional funds can be identified.
