Construction Industry Licensing Board is seeking a volunteer to represent the professional engineer category. Volunteer must be a resident of Charlotte County for at least two years and be a licensed professional engineer. Length of term is four years. The Charlotte County-Punta Gorda Metropolitan Planning Organization is accepting applications for the following volunteer positions:
- Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee - One Mid-County representative and one bicycle business representative. The BPAC reviews and makes recommendations on transportation plans and projects for the MPO board consideration.
- Charlotte County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board - One experienced representative of the local private for-profit transportation industry. The LCB identifies local service needs and provides guidance to the community transportation coordinator on services for the transportation disadvantaged.
