Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. *restricted to a limited-service area
Charlotte Rides service is not provided on Sundays or on County and nationally recognized holidays.

Reservations can be made Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reservations taken on Saturdays.
