Marine Advisory Committee

The Marine Advisory Committee (MAC) is a 21-member advisory board established by the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners. The committee evaluates and reviews marine-related matters throughout the county, including the development and maintenance of marine facilities and waterways. MAC solicits public input, provides recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners, and reviews the Capital Improvement Budget for marine-related facilities, as outlined in Charlotte County Resolution 2001-026.

MAC meets the second Thursday of every month in Room B-106, 18500 Murdock Circle, Administration Center, Port Charlotte, at 9:30 a.m.

Pre-agenda meetings are held the first Thursday of every month in the E. Jay Carlson Community Development Department BCS Large Conference Room, 18400 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, at 9:30 a.m.
