Effective immediately, Charlotte County Community Development will be resulting As-Built Drainage Surveys submitted at the end of the project as partially approved upon floodplain review. Once the As Built Drainage Survey is partially approved by the plans examiner, the contractor will be able to schedule the Right of Way (ROW) Grade Final. This will allow the ROW inspectors to verify that onsite conditions match the as-built that was submitted. Once the ROW Inspectors verify that site conditions match the as-built drainage survey, they will pass the ROW Grade Final as well as approve the As Built Drainage Survey status.
