Charlotte County Community Development Department Office Closing
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Feb. 6, 2023) - On Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, Community Development Department offices will be closed to the public. This is due to a major upgrade to our online Accela permitting software. The software will be completely unavailable beginning Friday, February 10, 2023, beginning at 5:00PM for any submittal, review, status updates, payment, and any other functions. Inspection requests will be cutoff at noon Friday, Feb. 10, 2023 and will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023. Any inspections that are scheduled but not ready will be failed with a fee.
