Impact Fees Annual Adjustment Effective Sunday, November 1, 2020
At the July 28, 2020 meeting of the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners, the board adopted an updated Impact Fees Schedule. This annual adjustment review is required by Sec.3-3.5-13 of the Charlotte County Code of Laws and Ordinances. Since the adjustment review resulted in an increase, the updated Impact Fees Schedule becomes effective on November 1 of this calendar year. The recommended increase for 2020 was 0.77% and was adopted by the board.
The updated Impact Fees Schedule becomes effective on Sunday, November 1, 2020 and will apply to permit applications made on or after the effective date.
