At the 7/12/22 meeting of the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners, the board adopted an updated Impact Fee Schedule.
The updated Impact Fee Schedule was signed on 7/14/22 and will apply to permit applications made on or after the effective date of 10/12/22.
The updated Impact Fee Schedule and more information is published online at www.CharlotteCountyFL.gov. From the "Departments" tab, select "Community Development." Then select the "Planning & Zoning tab under "Popular Links." Then select the "Impact Fees" tab.
