Impact Fee Schedule Adjustment Adopted Tuesday, December 14, 2021 To Be Effective Thursday, March 17, 2022
At the December 14, 2021 meeting of the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners, the board adopted an updated Impact Fee Schedule. The fee schedule is to be implemented with the transportation category at 90% of the maximum recommended rate, and 0% for the other categories.
The updated Impact Fee Schedule becomes effective on Thursday, March 17, 2022 and will apply to permit applications made on or after the effective date.
The updated Impact Fee Schedule and more information is published online at www.CharlotteCountyFL.gov. From the “Departments” tab, select “Community Development.” Then select the “Planning & Zoning” tab under “Popular Links”. Then select the “Impact Fees” tab.
