Subject: Re-Roof Inspections
Community Development is experiencing a large volume of re-roof permits due to the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. The dry-in inspection for re-roofs is being prioritized and currently being conducted the next business after scheduling. Community Development is currently taking 4-5 weeks to conduct and result roof final inspections.
