The Charlotte County Utilities Department is experiencing supply chain difficulties. Our suppliers are unable to provide the necessary parts needed for the installation of new water services.We are working closely with all suppliers, both in and out of our network, to find the necessary inventory to complete our water service installations.
To better manage inventory and building schedules, Charlotte County Utilities will be prioritizing new water service installations. New water services will be scheduled for installation upon completion of the slab.
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to contact Charlotte County Utilities to notify them that the slab is complete. Do not call CCU until the slab is complete in-place.
