Increased Utility Distribution/Collection Fees Effective October 1, 2018
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (August 22, 2018) – Effective October 1, 2018, customers connecting to Charlotte County’s water and sewer system will be charged increased fees. These rates were approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 26, 2016 (Resolution 2016-017).
The distribution fee for new water service will increase from $2,090 to $2,940 and the collection fee for new sewer service will increase from $1,455 to $2,910.
