The Charlotte County Building Department is now offering VuSpex!
VuSpex is a virtual building inspections tool that provides inspection services to contractors remotely, with the use of any device. It allows contractors to connect with Charlotte County Building Inspectors quickly and powerfully, while seamlessly integrating with the Accela software.
Contractors can upload pictures and/or videos to be inspected on the next business day.
Inspections that can be done virtually include those under the following permit types:
• Mechanical
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Water Heater
