The Zoning Section of Community Development announces the consolidation of several forms used in the permitting of residential accessory structures into a single form.This new form is titled Affidavit for Accessory Structures.
This affidavit form may be used in the following situations:
- Property Survey: If a property survey is not available, then a site plan drawn to scale may be submitted instead for residential accessory structures only.
- No Tree Removal: Four (4) inch caliper or greater and/or installed for tree points.
- Zoning Inspection not required for the following structures:
- Acccessory Structure Under 250 sq. ft. (Only)
- Boat Dock (Replacement Only)
- Boat Lift (Natural Body of Water or Replacement Only)
- Canopy/Boat Canopy
- Carport in Mobile Home Park
- Fence
- Non-Structural Slab/Driveway
- Shed under Carport
