COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – DISASTER RECOVERY (CDBG-DR)

Charlotte County is proposing to request Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds from FloridaCommerce to provide the local match for eligible Hurricane Ian Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) projects. The County is accepting public comment on the proposed projects through Dec. 22, 2025, to ensure transparency and community participation in the application process.
