CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (July 29, 2025) – The Charlotte County Utilities Department is extending the adjusted hours of the customer call center through August. It will continue to operate from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday to give staff the ability to better address caller questions. The 24-hour emergency response service is not affected.
