CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (July 16, 2026) – Improvements to the natural kayak launch at Tippecanoe Environmental Park will began July 6, 2026, and is anticipated to be completed by Aug. 21, 2026.July 20. The kayak launch will be closed during this time. The remainder of the park will remain open.
Park patrons are asked to avoid the work areas and use caution when in the park.
