CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Jan.5, 2026) – Alton Road from Peachland Boulevard toSheehan Boulevard will have intermittent lane closures 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 7 for Blue Streak LLC to install underground fiber.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
