Project DescriptionDesign/Build contract to construct the new Fire Station 10 while assisting in property evaluation. The building program shall generally consist of, but are not limited to, the following elements: new two bay fire station; space to accommodate two full time staff and up to five staff when required; small training area; and an emergency generator system.

Latest UpdatesMagnum has finished installing the required pilings and grade beams, backfilled to elevation grade. The elevator pit has been dug out, steel and form boards for the shaft walls are completed. Work completed for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing on the first floor, install of water and fire main lines and underground electrical conduits. Columns and shear walls are complete for the second floor elevation. Utility easement design is being completed with Florida Power & Light for the permanent installation of the main electrical feeder lines that requires two new transformers for the station.Slab on Grade was poured, finished and saw cut. The block walls for the first level complete. Second floor tie beams completed & installed hollow core and grouted. Second level slab poured, CMU walls are completed pouring the top level tie beams May 14th. Next week delivery of the trusses.
