To order these services, follow these steps:
- Visit the Orange Data website (orangedata.com)
- Choose "Order A Report"
- Log in or sign up for a new account
- Fill in property details and instructions
- Select your desired service: Lien Searches
- Provide property details and specific instructions
- Submit your order

If you have already received your Code Enforcement lien payoff amount and are ready to submit payment, payment may be made in person or by mail.

Once payment has been received and processed, a lien release will be recorded with the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

To request a record of a permit or plans, please complete the Permit or Plans Research Request Form, and email it to BuildingConstruction@CharlotteCountyFL.gov.
