CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 28, 2026) – Sand grading and leveling work will begin at Englewood Beach at Chadwick Park located at 2100 N Beach Road in Englewood on April 29. The work areas will be between the parking lot and the environmental fencing that separates the park from the beach. Work zones will be clearly marked with fencing and cones.
Beach access and parking will remain fully open during this time. Patrons are asked to use caution and avoid all closed off areas while heavy machinery is in operation. Work is expected to be completed in three days.
