CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (March 19, 2026) – New utilities connection and miscellaneous fees approved by the Charlotte County Commission go in effect on April 1, 2026.
Utility service applications reflecting current rates will expire at 4 p.m. on March 31, 2026. Payments received by that time will be honored. Starting April 1, 2026, any unprocessed utility service applications will reflect new rates.
