CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Jan. 7, 2026) – The community is reminded of a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida, to consider a rate increase for Utilities Department ratepayers.
The meeting is open to the public for public input.
An error on recently printed monthly bills included an incorrect date for the hearing. The Utilities Department apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
