CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2025) – Tringali Park Recreation Center located at 3460 N. Access Road in Englewood will host a Thanksgiving Pickleball Tournament food drive at 8 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 15. There will be prizes for the winning team.
The cost to sign up is $5 per player. Participants will be awarded one raffle ticket for every shelf-stable food item donated. Donated items will go to local food pantries.
“The Thanksgiving Pickleball Food Drive Tournament fosters a sense of community alongside fun competition. Our players get to do what they love and help local families in need at the same time, because of this event,” said Tringali Park Coordinator Joele Kirkpatrick, “This event, in contrast to our normal pickleball activities, connects recreation with helping others, making each game a chance to help our neighbors over the holidays.”
